No problem at reading it all. 

HOWEVER if the diskette is writeable, and it doesn't contain a unique ID
serial number, Win9X will write one.

The problem Charles refers to is with the old "setup disks" for
old IBM type machines (which had no BIOS setup program in their ROMs). Of
course, those sorts of disk would always be write protected - wouldn't
they?
