 NOT with the price of Providing Fiber within One Mile of Every House.
Here in California Pac Bell, Now Southwest Bell, is reluctant because of
vthe Cost to put fiber within a two or three miles of every house to
get past the 18KiloFoot DSL limit. And at 18KiloFeet DSL is not
too much better then dial up by the way..
