I have tried and I have tried and I have tried... COM/IP I make a slight alteration in the init strig... there are other ways of doing it but it's a simple as that... On the other hand the I cannot seem to find out how to get this program to answer on a different port and for the life of me cannot get fd to accept the space between the ip address and the port number... it calls out like it's not there... and then calls out on it's default port.. port 23 I'll get it... I'm sure Ray was bright enough to have the ability to do this worked into his program. Thanx TJM> I don't remember my OS/2 setup, but place a space TJM> inbetween the address and TJM> port # in the fdnode.ctl, or hostname.com[port#] in TJM> brackets or it maybe TJM> just hostname:port# ---* Origin: Joe's Computer, Crystal River, Fl USA telnet.joesbbs.com (1:275/312) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 275/312 311 10/345 106/1 2000 633/267 |
