Hardly.
My RAM system resources sit at 38 percent used with those RAM drives,
KDE desktop, Konqueror, Mozilla Navigator, Kwrite, Kppp and a root
shell loaded minimized on boot :-)
My swap file sits at priority -1 and I've not yet seen much
indication of activity there.

My Pit Bull sits at 14 Y.O. and healthy.

Worst screwups the dog's ever done is walking into the street
a few times without permission and getting into the garbage can twice.
Pretty attractive Pit too as he's of the rather rare
British Staffordshire Bull Terrior variety.
Black and white with black around both eyes with a white
blaze down his snout.

It'd be a pretty neat background.
