From a readme I wrote for a program that uses this feature:

When Video_Switch_Notification is ON:

TRIDFONT hooks the Int 2Fh function 4002h which is called each time an OS/2
DOS window is changed to full screen.

I believe it is 4001h which is called when a DOS box goes to a window
but it may be 4003h, (I forget and don't have the docs handy.)  This is
documented in the DOS interrupt list file INTERxx.ZIP which you should
be able to find.
