There is a sort of 'short hand trick' way to remember them
_all_ but I'd have to check to see if I kept any notes as I've
forgotten it now. :-\

I do think either Office Max or Office Depot will do scans too,
not sure. I have access to a scanner here and my brother has
one too. :-)
