Unless Dell can supply you with an unbroken updated BIOS, it's time to
give up on that motherboard. There are a lot of motherboards on eBay for
cheap that will probably fit your Dell case and work with the components
you require. Does your Dell case fit a standard size motherboard? Is it
AT (most use 5 pin keyboard plug? Is it ATX (use 6 pin keyboard plugs?
