(And has been for quite a few betas now..)

I think it's ok, though I can see where some will wish there was still "plain 
old Win95".  There's a LOT more to Win98, which means it's bigger overall.
There are parts I don't like, and things I don't see fixed yet, but then 
again, we're in beta, not release.  ;-)
