IBM has coded a set of 32-bit VIO/KBD/MOU routines, analagous to the
16-bit ones. They were released on a temporary licence on the
Developer's Connection 3 CD-ROM, with the idea of their eventually
being released "in a future version of OS/2".

However, IBM still needs encouragement to release the 32-bit VIO
routines. Get hold of someone in IBM and nag. It's the only way
we'll see these things in a released product IMO.
