Dang, MakeItSo barfs on the project file because it was created with and
I'm using MSVS 2013 (Express but I don't think it matters because it only
supports 2010).

I'm sure the conversion is a simple one, I'm just not sure what decoration
the __declspec(dllexport) and __declspec(dllimport) needs to change to and
I guess how to fold that all together.  There is no makefile, either and I
really hate those.
