Rod, did you get any non-EC connects?  Of course we both know that
it's simply user-error on the part of the Courier callers that any
failed negotiation should ever happen, I was just interested in how
often you made the same user-error?  BTW, I think the USR user-error
in this case is neglecting to type in 
ATstop-my-USR-being-an-expensive-shit-box
