That is a pretty good analysis from what I understand. But these
deficientcies may or may not be due to not getting the required
nutrition. In some cases it is the body's inability to adequately
use the nutrition available. Yep, it works, but it is currently
made inavailable to the average joe because insurance doesn't want
to pay for "vitamin pills". Many of these rigors embody only minor
improvements in health and well being rather than making the
difference between a healthy and a sick person.
