Not by a mile. The most any can run is 600 MHz. But, if you have to have
Socket 7 and/or AT form factor, it's about the only thing you stand a
chance of finding new. I did notice some Asus P5S-B on eBay last week,
which is also Socket 7, but SiS rather than VIA chipset'd. Tyan S1590
was good in its day, but long ago discontinued, with BIOS nearly 4 years
old now.
