How can i load lets say a credit card validator program into my vb:

i have a text box which contains the the credit card number and a
button buy.

i want that when the user presses buy, the credit card number that the
user has iputed will go into the credit card validator prgram  and is
the program says the card is valid, the order will proceed, if the
credit card is invalid, the order will stop and a message box will
show up saying the credit card number is invalid.
