I got the advance to work OK, but I can't get the form to print dark. When 
retrieving the image, I went in and set fill to 100%, but it doesn't make any 
difference. You said to set fill when printing the completed form, but I 
don't see anything on the print menu that applies to fill.
What am I missing?
