Hello Steven.

One that is not part of the IP proposal, just merely hidden away in one
paragraph it seems.

It is a RIN I want to try and test, testing using Roy's system is difficult
as its not CM and I cannot find another Hold RIN in the nodelist.
As to normal Hold within Nets, my software acknowledges the system is at hold
status - which is what it should do POTS or IP.
Cheers,
Rick
