Old BackMaster was pretty nice on the floppy connect drive on my wife's
computer.  It didn't support ATAPI connect drives either.  Check out
Object Desktop Professional.  With the built-in Object Backup
(equivalent to Back Again/2), it supports ATAPI, and (I believe) SCSI
drives (SCSI options are listed, but since I don't have one, I can't say
100%).  For the cost of a backup program alone, you get quite a package
of utilities, of which my favorite has become the virtual desktops.
