Hiya,
With most services I receive, it is nice to have some kind of guarantee.  I 
have thought about doing the same service you are trying, but I think there 
is no way be be liable for the data that is backed up.  Let's say that some 
business has you back up everything they have, the most precious bits are on 
your Cd-Rom.  The next week they crash and call you in.. You cannot retrieve 
the data, they are screwed.  Then they get upset for paying for a service 
that was not received, etc.  I know it would often work, but what if it hit a 
glitch, like we have all seen many times before, are you prepared to be 
liable for that?
