LS> 1) what do you know about DIETRUS RODS (ms?) used on children?, with
LS> CP?
Can't help you here. Not familiar with this.
LS> 2) Verapamil (for tachacardia (ms??)) a gal P.G. 16 weeks must use it
Used in Europe extensively to counteract Beta-Blocker side effects.
The B-Blockers are used to terminate premature labour. There has been
no reports of unusual effects on fetuses with Verapamil use in the
mother. The drug crosses blood-placenta barriers and is secreted in the
milk. Side effects on nursing infants are the same as in the mother.
ie, mostly not serious unless given IV, or in combination with other
cardiac meds.

LS> 3) Information on seizure medication administered by recal suppository
LS> for use with children.
No proprietory preparations that I know of. Probably Children's
Hospitals make their own suppositories. And therefore it would be the
most logical place to ask for information: the pharmacies in children's
hospitals.
