Not that I want to start a whole political thread in here (I ususually use
the 10TH_AMD echo for that,  and have been neglecting it of late),  but
this was too good to pass up.

I have this button sitting here,  one of many in my collection,  that I got
a while back when "balanced budget" was the hot topic.  It says: 
"Balance The Budget:  Declare Politicians a Game Species"    :-)
