The simplest explanation is... setup a user record in PCBSM for the fido
node, and under Name, type: ~FIDO~1:2613/405 for example, then with the
F2 and F3 toggles, you'll be able to go to a FIDO FORM, and complete the
info there... Then keep toggling 'till you get to a list of conferences,
and in the conference that you want this node to have access to, type RS
in the registrations collumn. This sets them to have access, and turns
on the echo. The R says that they have access, if they want it, but S
says that they GET it.
That conference is only sent to a node, that YOU SPECIFY to get it.
