I'm afraid I don't ever look in seed catalogues. I think that your
best bet is to go to a good nursery in your area. I think that you
have government agencies in the USA that will help with this kind of
problem.

The dormant spray is applied just as the frost is leaving the ground.
This will kill the bugs that are wintering over.
As soon as the tree begins to burst it's new leaf buds, you start your
program of spraying every 2 weeks.
When the fruit blossoms are about ready to open, stop spraying until
all the flower petals have gone. This is the time the bees pollinate
and they would be poisoned if you sprayed.
After the blossoms are gone, you spray every 2 weeks until harvest in
the early fall.
