You're a national treasure, then.  Most ISPs won't even talk to you unless
your packet loss exceeds 2% for a significant number of minutes.  During
DOS attacks doesn't count.  Throughput is certified as better than 80% of
rated for 80% of the time.

That's a good ISP.  Try getting the time of day out of any consumer service.

The subtext around here seems to be (is "business" in your
service title?) + (is your monthly fee >$190?) :: (then we'll talk to
you).
