Which word are you alluding to Steve? Onus? Aw..... are we using words
you have diffulty in understanding? Poor baby. Run back to those
wonderful teachers you had and complain that you didn't get your money's
worth.
After all, it's the liberal mantra of Outcome Based Education (OBE) that
has resulted in your inability to construct more than simple sentences.
Or your inability to comprehend words that have more than one meaning
and thereby unable to discern how to use such words.
I guess that's what scares you most, isn't it? The ability of
Conservatives to carry on a conversation so far above your head that you
don't have the foggiest idea as to what we're talking about.
