I'm trying to get Visual C++ (V1.0) running under Warp4 Win-OS2. VC does 
start, but when I try to compile it gives the message: "MMD.386 virtual 
device driver is not loaded in Windows.  Ensure that the line 
'DEVICE=\MMD.386 exists in your 
SYSTEM.INI [386Enh] section."
However, MMD.386 *is* listed in my system.ini.  Is there a way to get this 
running under WIN-OS/2?  What is the MMD.386 VDD?
