You also have to remeber Ken. Many of the paths are found on one side of the
street with bikes moving in two directions. many of the paths are found on
the left side (perspective when riding on the lane) so that when riding, cars
are also passing by on the right. So not only are you looking at oncoming
bicycles, but also cars that may wander into the bike lane. There seems to be
more things to look for while being on the lane. Cars merging from
intersection seem to look left for oncoming vehicles without remebering to
look right for oncoming bikes which are on the paths. It would be useful to
post signs on these side roads "LOOK RIGHT FOR ONCOMING BICYCLES".
