In the States call 1-800-6DEVCON, in Canada 1-800-561-5293.  The package
in Canada (two CDs) is about CDN$75 for a single issue, and from $150 to
$250 (I forget) for a year subscription (four issues).  If you develop for
OS/2, you won't regret getting it.
