John, are you sure you are logged on with ADMIN privilege?  My
daughter helped out by cleaning all the 'useless' ID's and I had to
scramble to find one that worked on here machine.  I finally defined
ONE (and ONLY one) ADMIN ID, then gave every one else account and
operator privileges to keep busy fingers out!
As an option, use 'net share ....' from a command line - net share ?
