Hi all!

Just a quick question.  

It looks like BBBS can connect outbound using binkp (Janis please
correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like that is how you are
connecting to me to send me messages *smiles*).  I was wondering if it
could also transfer packets over a telnet connect as well?  I have my
mailer running on the standard port for telnet (port 23) and was
wondering if BBBS could connect to that to transfer mail as if it were
on a dialup system.
