Fortunately, Josh is now on 40 mg SR andit is not an issue.

Been there, done that. Did you catch my post about this? I finally got
the Principal, after two years of begging an pleading, to require that
the teachers make him write the HW down, or do it themselves. When I had
a meeting with her, I took his HW book and just quietly flipped the
pages one after another. Every flip of the page was followed by a her
eyes flicking down to the paper and seen wide open spaces.
I have since learned that she sent a memo to evey one of the teachers
that they are to strictly adhere to what is in the IEP, or else (I'll
sue the shorts off the district). The educrats are just passive, knowing
junior high is only two years.
