I'm assuming you mean argv[0]

Sure it does! since version 3 that info is tacked onto the end of the
environment block, immediately after the double-NUL,  since 4 it's also
in the MCB (in an abbreviated form) and since 7 the info is also
duplicated as part of the %CMDLINE% environment variable.
