Well, you could, but that would be incorrect!  :^)  An IRQ conflict is a
hardware thing, and has   
nothing to do with poorly written drivers.  
 
Apparently what we need is a new term to describe problems caused by
drivers that ignore   
established specs, including the basic PCI spec.
