The 1-11-96 and the 23-1-96 code appears to be much the same too, in that
the stats are pretty much identical between them. Must call Poe's Courier
and see what happens, as we both have shitty lines, and I'd expect the
stats to reflect that rather obviously as well.

Dunno why that should be, either. I've compiled the up-to-date stats for
all calls from the Courier to date (with Binkley, at least), and the Near
Echo results are nothing like those above. Can't imagine why. A bug,
perhaps?

The Near Echo loss is much the same, regardless of distance, although the
Far Echo stats, whilst consistent, vary quite dramatically according to
distance.
