I believe the whole OS/2 documentation package is available on CD-ROM
for around $45.00.  Call Indelible Blue {at} 1-800-776-8284.  Ask 'em if
they've got the Petzold book, too.  (He's the guy who wrote the Windows
programming "bible".  Has a column in PC Magazine...)
