Well I made the suggested changes to ibmlan.ini and no change.  I did 
some additional investigation and determined that the LAN connection 
*IS* working OK - it's just the wireless connection that's causing problems.

Worst part is that the wireless was working fine before a reinstall on 
the weekend :(

Google has bugger all information on the error message :(
