I had wondered about the cep, but felt that Greg would have probably noticed
the lack of gills and the presence of tubes/pores. They would certainly
qualify as wonderful!
Thinking further, I wonder if Greg wouldn't be best advised to write to his
talented, generous and gastronomic hostess in Merritt and ask _her_ what they
were! Once we know, we can be more helpful.
