I had this pretty well automated with little time spent on spam each day (less than 10 minutes per day on a total msg volume of around 150K). Spam is a trickle and even less now perhaps because of the MS blizzard of suits. The amount of computing and bandwidth resources continues to rise because of total spam volume, but the leak rate has remained constant since we added DNSBLs and text filtering. Text filtering alone has about 39,000 rules and we update them via a subscription. --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5* Origin: Barktopia BBS Site http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 379/45 1 633/267 |
