CDRW Discs (unlike CDR) use different names for different speeds, if i
remember correctly:

Normal - x1-x4
Multi Speed - x2-x10
High Speed - x10-x12
Ultra Speed - x24

There are also x32 discs but i dont know how they are called.

Yes, i saw those disks i europe quite a lot too so i assumed it's more or
less known internationally.
