Not that I approve of _anyone_ keeping files on anyone,
y'understand, but I have to wonder what Washington would be
like these days if J. Edgar Hoover and his filing cabinets
were still around.  Odds are, Clinton would never have gotten
elected in the first place, but if he did I'm guessing Hoover
would have found ways to make life miserable for The Gang
