Steve, there is a web page called the Super Delphi Page which has a ton of 
free Delphi Stuff. I think I saw some speech stuff in the new files area 
there. Also, MicroSoft provides an API for speech stuff which you can use to 
write speech type apps assuming the hardware supports it. Here is the URL:
