Sorry...I said you can freq the latest rom off me and forgot give the name. 
The
file is called E_109.ZIP.  This is for the Elite V.34 modem...not the ISDN 
model.  You can get this file on the ZyXEL BBS & www.zyxel.com...where I got 
it.  Feel free to freq it at any time.
