Thanks Ken for your informative reply. I think that bike path were design for 
the sunday bike rider who slowly moves his/her way while looking at the 
scenery around them. For real cyclists who ride for the pure reason of 
enjoying the bike, the path were not made for them. My time is up so I'll 
finish up next time.
