It could be your Usenet source that's triggering the block.

That being said, XP is an obsolete OS, it's not surprising that 
Kapersky's programs cause problems. I suspect that there will be issues 
with most current anti-malware, so Good Luck.

Kapersky is and always has been Russian. They created a shell company 
(aka "holding company") in the UK.
