The Apple Color 12/600 PS driver is color, and is what I've been using
with my PDFwritter (sic) installation.

Also however, if your .PS file is already in color, conversion to .PDF
by Ghostview/Ghostscript is file-to-file and doesn't care about printer
drivers. Use the 'F' key in GhostView while viewing the .PS file.
