EA.Longname ist only good for a sort of "longname emulation" on
FAT-partitions (as it's done by the WPS). You won't have to deal with it at
all when using HPFS. Normally you only need a larger buffer for the
filenames to add HPFS-support in your programs (when you recompile them
with a 32-Bit OS/2 compiler).
