I wondered about that too.  But a "we ask that.." is not the same as "must"
apparently!  :D  And.. Stas, *does* provide the %help command.  Maybe he could
build /versions of the core commands.   But using the %version was in keeping
with the fido areafix style.

I think the Telegram /stop command works.
