Just be careful! Many of the sites you will find are sales locations and 
the stories they tell you are lies, designed to sucker you in.

Good advice. Make sure you do not take your own word on it...
BTW, the use of the phraseology "alternatives to Ritalin" implies that 
these substances and goos have been found safe and effective by the 
standard means. They have not.
