Hi all,

it could be that I found an error in the 4nt 3.01a. If I try to change into
a directory that name contains an umlaut the prompt and the dir command
show to the root of the drive. The variable %_cwd is still right, but
that's all.

For example

CD winnt
CD profiles
CD startmen

You have to change  to ascii 129.
