Because it would be putting the bossnode into a possibly awkward
position. The bossnode is responsible for what ever comes out of the
point's system, which would include any users the point might have.
I think that if a person is going to have users, then they ought to
become nodes and accept personal responsibility rather than passing the
buck to the bossnode (who is not even in a position to vet the users).
