The entire school rules part is nothing but an example.
It shows that ZT has been proven to lead to more and
more restrictive policies which make 'criminals' out of
relativity innocent people.
If you can't see how this could very easily happen to
law enforcement then you are not looking. If you want
to see what I mean look at the EPA laws and how they
are written and enforced.
